A Coming of Age Gives Away Car

On December 11, 2014, our agency had our Christmas Party which was held in Moreno Valley and our agency gave away another car.  This was done through an essay writing contest and the winner was named Mikee Rice.  A runner up was also picked and she won a new laptop computer and $100.00 cash for the essay that she submitted as well.

To date, A Coming of Age FFA has given away six different used automobiles to six former foster youth and Mikee Rice was latest recipient of this annual Christmas tradition.  The vehicle, while used is in working order and was graciously donated by Agency Social Worker, Elaine Huynh, and her brother.
